We have a complete crane manufacturing facility in Denver, Colorado with the capability to fabricate welded plate box girders with spans in excess of 100 feet.
To date, we have manufactured overhead bridge cranes up to 125 tons and spans to 120 feet. We design and build in full compliance with CMAA, NEC, OSHA, MSHA and ASME. We have extensive electrical capability as well as AWS certified welders. We also maintain a complete crane parts and crane service department with trained crane service technicians on call 24 hours a day.
All of our cranes are completely assembled and no load tested prior to shipment from our facility. Each crane is laser leveled and aligned to ensure proper operation and lasting service.
We take full advantage of computer technology in assisting our customers. We offer a full set of custom generated AutoCAD general arrangement drawings, wiring diagrams, and wiring schematics for each crane we build. In addition, we can provide precise wheel-loading for each crane we build via a custom designed MathCAD calculation sheet.
